Art Program Expenses:

  • Art Supplies (paint, brushes, canvas, etc.): $5,000 per year ($10,000 for two years)
  • Workshops/Mentorship Programs: $7,500 per year ($15,000 for two years)

Operational Costs:

  • Office Space Rent/Utilities: $8,000 per year ($16,000 for two years)
  • Administrative Expenses (staff, supplies, etc.): $6,000 per year ($12,000 for two years)
  • Marketing and Promotion: $3,500 per year ($7,000 for two years)
  • Website Maintenance and Online Sales Platform: $2,000 per year ($4,000 for two years)

Art Acquisition from Children:

  • Payment to Child Artists: $12,000 per year ($24,000 for two years

Contingency Fund:

  • Unforeseen Expenses: $5,000 per year ($10,000 for two years)

Backpack Food Program Funding:

  • Allocation to the Food Program: $25,000-65,000 per year (from art sales proceeds)
