Operational Costs:
- Office Space Rent/Utilities: $8,000 per year ($16,000 for two years)
- Administrative Expenses (staff, supplies, etc.): $6,000 per year ($12,000 for two years)
- Marketing and Promotion: $3,500 per year ($7,000 for two years)
- Website Maintenance and Online Sales Platform: $2,000 per year ($4,000 for two years)
Art Acquisition from Children:
- Payment to Child Artists: $12,000 per year ($24,000 for two years
Contingency Fund:
- Unforeseen Expenses: $5,000 per year ($10,000 for two years)
Backpack Food Program Funding:
- Allocation to the Food Program: $25,000-65,000 per year (from art sales proceeds)
